Product Care 

Please handle with care as products are fragile and can chip and break easily. All pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe unless they have gold detailing (gold contains metal and MUST NOT be placed in a microwave). 

 

Returns and Exchanges 

Items are packed with extreme care using eco-friendly packaging and breakages are unlikely. However if an item arrives damaged please contact us within 24 hours of arrival with photo proof for an exchange or a refund.  If you are not satisfied with an item when it arrives please contact us as soon as possible. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Shipping 

Australia and New Zealand

Tracked Standard and Express Shipping is available within Australia and New Zealand. Rates are calculated based on weight of products.

 

United States and Canada

Standard shipping is available to all parts of the United States and Canada. Rates are calculated based on weight of products.

*Please note that due to COVID19, Postal Services are still experiencing extensive delays and orders may take longer than expected to arrive. Tracking is provided with all orders.
